Who You Are Actually Hiring
Before the steps, the part that matters most: every profile here is one person. A skilled individual working from home in Asia, looking for ongoing part-time or full-time work — not a gig worker chasing one-off tasks, and not a company reselling other people’s time.
Companies cannot register on VirtualWorkers.Asia to list workers they control. Hire through an agency or a bidding marketplace and your contract is with a business: the work goes to whoever inside it is free, or gets subcontracted again, and you never deal with the person doing it. That is the frustration this platform exists to remove.
