Same idea on price. Different idea on who you can hire.
Both charge the employer a flat subscription and take nothing from the worker’s salary. That part we agree on.
Free account: post up to 3 jobs and read applications, but no contacting workers until you upgrade. Yearly: US$299 Pro, US$349 Premium.
Free account: unlimited job posts, see applicants, browse resumes, bookmark workers, free time tracker. Yearly: US$275 Optimised, US$342 Elite.
OnlineJobs.ph lists close to two million Filipino profiles. If you want the largest possible Filipino applicant pool, use it. We’re smaller on purpose: every profile is an individual, and on Elite it comes with an ID check, an EF SET English level and references we’ve actually spoken to.

Which one is right for you?
Honest answer: it depends on what you’re hiring for.
OnlineJobs.ph is the better fit when…
- You only want Filipino workers and you want the biggest pool of them
- You’d rather sift hundreds of applications yourself than pay for screening
- You want the platform to run payroll for you (EasyPay)
VirtualWorkers.Asia is the better fit when…
- The role suits Vietnam, Indonesia, India or Malaysia better than the Philippines
- You want to know exactly who you’re hiring — one person, ID checked, references spoken to
- You’re in the EU, UK, US, Australia or New Zealand and want a board built around your hours and contracts
- You want to post the job for nothing and pay only when you want to talk to someone
The right country for the role
One account, five countries. Each one is on the board because it’s strong at something specific.
Questions employers ask
Is VirtualWorkers.Asia just OnlineJobs.ph for more countries?
Partly. The price model is similar: flat employer subscription, nothing taken from the worker. The difference is in what you get for it. Five countries chosen for specific roles, individuals only, and on Elite an ID check, an EF SET English level and references we’ve verified. We’re a smaller board and we’d rather be honest about that than pretend otherwise.
Can I still hire Filipino workers here?
Yes. The Philippines is our largest lane for customer support, admin and virtual assistant roles. Vietnam, Indonesia, India and Malaysia sit alongside it for the roles they’re strongest in.
Do you take a commission or mark up salaries?
No. You agree the rate with the worker and pay them directly. Our only income is the employer subscription.
Can I cancel once I’ve hired someone?
Yes. Subscribe, hire, cancel. The worker stays with you; nothing about your arrangement with them depends on us.
What does the free plan actually let me do?
Post unlimited jobs, see who applies, browse resumes, bookmark workers and use the time tracker. To read full resumes, get contact details, message and interview, you need Optimised (US$65 a month).
Post the role. See who applies. Pay only when you want to talk.
Free to post. US$65 a month when you’re ready to interview. Nothing taken from the worker, ever.
