Questions & answers
Can I cancel my subscription after I hire?
Yes — subscribe, hire, done. There’s no lock-in and nothing renews automatically: your access runs to the end of the period you’ve paid for, then simply stops. Come back whenever you need to hire again.
Can I start on Optimised and upgrade to Elite later?
Yes, any time. Buy Elite and it starts immediately — any Optimised days you’ve already paid for are added on to the end, never lost.
Do you take a commission on worker salaries?
No, never. You agree pay directly with your worker and they keep 100% of it. The flat subscription is our only fee — it replaces the agency markup you’d otherwise pay.
Do workers pay anything?
No. Joining as a worker is always free — no signup fees, no percentage of salary. Employer subscriptions are what keep it that way.
What’s in the free employer account?
Post a job free, receive applications from individual workers, respond to every applicant, and browse and search full worker profiles by country, role and skill. Upgrading is only needed to contact workers who haven’t applied to you.
Which countries do workers come from?
The Philippines, Vietnam and Indonesia — the right country for the role. The Philippines is strongest for virtual assistants, customer service and admin; Vietnam for developers and technical roles; Indonesia for video and social content creatives.
How does employer verification work?
Paying employers complete a basic business verification step, such as confirming a business email or company registration, so workers know they are dealing with a real business. See how verification works.
